How Does HomeGuard Work?
HomeGuard is a Precision Subterranean Termite Management System that complies with the Australian Standard AS 3660.1-2000 for a chemical barrier in a non-soil matrix. The termiticide Biflex is incorporated into the plastic matrix. This works to repel, kill and block subterranean termites.
FMC One Million Dollar Warranty
HomeGuard is backed by the FMC Million Dollar, 25 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty that covers damage by subterranean termites to structural and decorative timbers.
The warranty is conditional on the property undergoing an annual inspection as detailed in Australian Standard AS 3660.2 by a HomeGuard Accredited Operator at the home owner’s expense.
